Membroz SaaS Application
Project Overview
This was a 6-month-long project focused on architecting a complete membership management system. The team consisted of myself (UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer), the company owner as the product stakeholder, and a team of 3 engineers. We worked closely throughout the project to transform business needs into a scalable, user-friendly SaaS platform.
Many service-based businesses struggle with managing core operations like memberships, bookings, payments, payroll, inventory, marketing, and reporting—often relying on multiple disconnected tools. Our goal with Membroz was to eliminate this fragmentation by delivering an all-in-one SaaS platform that simplifies daily operations.
Designed to support businesses of all sizes—whether a single-location setup, multi-branch organization, or franchise model—Membroz enables users to save time, reduce costs, and focus on what matters most: growing their business.

Problem Statement
Before adopting our solution, many clients relied on manual processes such as Excel sheets and physical paperwork to manage customer profiles, memberships, payments, and service bookings. These outdated systems led to significant inefficiencies, errors, and time-consuming tasks — preventing business owners from focusing on strategic growth.
They faced challenges like tracking multiple membership types, managing bookings and billing rules, and handling complex payment structures manually. Communication gaps, lack of automation, and poor user experiences across existing tools only added to the frustration.
Business owners like Gunvant, with 15+ years of experience, were spending more time on administrative tasks than on running their core business. What they needed was a centralized, intuitive, and automated platform that would streamline operations and free them to focus on growth and customer engagement.
